Goods will be sent via registered airmail (Hong Kong's official postal service) and takes approximately 16~20 days to arrive. For the orders shipping to Mexico, the packages will be shipped via FedEx. Tracking number will be provided after the goods are shipped. Please contact us if you cannot receive your item over 1 month.
Please noted that once the order is confirmed, additional item cannot be added to the same order and different order shall be shipped separately.
An order could only be cancelled before its shipment. However, there will be a 5% handling charge for order cancellation. Once the parcel is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case of defective or damaged item, customers will have 10 days to contact us via e-mail after receiving the goods. We will do our very best to replace damaged items at the customer's request.
Fluffy House will be responsible for shipping out the goods properly but please be noted that we are not responsible for any custom charges and tax according to different country's custom policy.
In terms of goods unable to deliver to customer's address due to postage or custom problem. Fluffy House will refund the fee of the goods upon return of the item but not include shipping fee.
Once the parcel left Hong Kong for its destination, it is entirely at your own mailing risk, for which FluffyHouse shall not be liable.

若個別國家要求收取海關稅項，費用將由收件人承擔。假如貨物因郵資或海關問題，而無法送達客戶的地址， Fluffy House將在收到回郵包裹後退回貨款。
